Follow these basic steps one by one in order to reach your goal:

  • While inside the Challenges Menu, go to the Team Captain section and tab. Here you will select the Milestones Option.
  • Here you can see that the Tier 1 and Tier 4 will reward you with the Team Captain Upgrade Token. These tokens are actually the items that you’ll need to upgrade your Team’s Captain and getting them is a necessity.

What Are The Best Current Team Captains in Madden 23?

There are many good Captains to choose from in Madden 23. Each has his own specialty and can excel in something.

These are the best Captains in the game in my opinion, be sure to give them a try:

  • Eric Allen
  • Sam Adams
  • Keyshawn Johnson
  • Larry Csonka

In terms of these four, they are all 85 Overall players. As a result, no player has a complete advantage or is better than one another.

Furthermore, MUT Captains can be awarded team Chemistry enhancements for any club, not only the one for whom the player played in the NFL. Priority, however, should be given to critical places in the game.
