- C Tier – Substitution, God Dash, Spiraling Sphere, Wind Spiraling Sphere, Dragon Claw, God’s Wrath, Galactic Wave
- D Tier – Thousand Birds, Flashstep Barrage, Rapid Barrage, Spirit Bomb, Destruction Wave
S Tier powers should be prioritized whenever possible, while A-tier ones also make great choices.
B and C-tier powers are more situational, while D Tier ones should be avoided unless you have no alternatives.

Now that we’ve established a full tier list of all powers in Anime Tales, let’s examine the four best ones that manage to make their way to the top.
4. Heaven Spin
Heaven Spin deals 240 damage, has 24 seconds cooldown, costs 380, and offers invincibility frames and pushback.
It’s an ideal move as it combines offense and defense. The user blocks any attacks for a short time and then spins rapidly to knock back and damage nearby enemies.
3. Explosion
Explosion deals 380 damage, has 22 seconds cooldown, costs 450, and, as its name implies, causes a large explosion in a huge AoE.
Overall, it’s a great power that is easy to target due to its large area of effect. With great damage and a low cooldown, you can never go wrong with using Explosion.
2. Fiery Kick
Fiery Kick deals 150 damage, has 21 seconds cooldown, and costs 270. Additionally, it offers knockback, burn, and guard break.
The knockback allows players to gain some much-needed distance, while the burn increases the overall damage dealt. Lastly, it breaks the enemy’s guard and allows you to counter enemies that are blocking.
1. Ultimate Cutter
Ultimate Cutter deals 280 damage, has 40 seconds cooldown, and costs 410. The best part is that it offers guard break and can stun enemies.
Ultimate Cutter is the strongest power in Roblox Anime Tales as it allows users to counter enemies that are charging toward them with a fast and extremely strong attack.
