How to Get the Depths Armor Set in Zelda TotK – Map Location
While exploring the Depths map, players will find various blue flames on the ground. These are known as Poes and there are small ones that give you one poe, large ones that give five, and grand ones that give 20.
To get the full Depths Armor set, you will need to collect 650 Poes.
Additionally, there are seven Bargainer statues throughout Hyrule. One is located in Lookout Landing, while the other six are in the Depths map.
To get the Depths Armor, you will need to find six Bargainer Statues.
Each time you find one of these statues, you’ll unlock one additional item for purchase that can be bought in exchange for Poes from the Lookout Landing statue. Here are all the items you can unlock from the Bargainer Statues:
- Dark Tunic

- Dark Trousers

Since you will need 650 Poes to unlock the Depths Armor Set, and even more to unlock everything from the Bargainer Statues, it’s important to make your farming as efficient as possible.
Overall, the best tip to farm Poes fast in Tears of the Kingdom is to reach a high spot in the Depths and use Brightbloom Seeds around you. These will illuminate the area and help you spot multiple Poes quickly.
Also, Poes respawn after the Blood Moon event, so make sure to re-visit these areas often.
Depths Armor Set Bonus Explained
Wearing one piece of the Depths Armor set offers the player Gloom Resistance. This is essential when fighting certain enemies such as Gloom Hands and Phantom Ganon.
Having all three armor pieces will grant the player Gloom Attack Resistance, which reduces damage taken by Gloom Attacks. However, at the moment, this effect appears to be bugged and has no discernible difference from the one-piece effect.
