Tactics Ogre: Reborn
Tactics Ogre: Reborn is a tactical RPG released in November 2022 that’s a sequel to the fan-favorite Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together.
With improved graphics and audio, and a unique new story to unfold, Tactics Ogre: Reborn is a great new addition to the list of RPGs.
As for jobs, the game calls them classes and has 18 basic classes, six demihuman races, and 18 different types of monster units.
There’s a wide variety of options available and players are free to experiment in any way that they like.

Chained Echoes
Chained Echoes is a turn-based JRPG released in December 2022 that has earned fans’ attention since its release.
With a complex and rich story full of twists and turns, and an amazing world to explore full of details and sidequests, Chained Echoes is a must-try for any JRPG fan.
In terms of jobs, they are called classes instead but serve the same purpose.

Crystal Project
Crystal Project is a Metroidvania RPG released in March 2022 that’s famous for its self-guided gameplay system. Instead of following a set story with quests, players are free to explore, seek treasure and crystals, and pretty much go anywhere they wish to go.
There is no clear sense of direction, similar to Dark Souls games, and thus there is no ‘right’ path that players are forced to follow.
As for jobs, also known as classes, the Crystal Project has 24 options to choose from, from the basic Warrior and Rogue to the more unique Valkyrie and Mimic.
Final Fantasy V
Final Fantasy V is a class-based JRPG released in 1992 and remodeled with modern graphics and audio in 2021.

Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name
Moving to something a bit different from the recommendations above, Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name, from the Yakuza series, comes with a traditional role-playing game job system that gives players plenty of options to choose from.
The game features intense combat in diverse settings, offering two distinct styles: the aggressive Yakuza and the precise, gadget-enhanced Agent style. Players can switch between these styles to defeat enemies.
The game’s world, including Sotenbori and Yokohama, is rich with activities like karaoke, cabaret clubs, and a lot more.

Bravely Default II
Guided by fate, it’s up to you to stop the forces that threaten these heroes and all of Excillant.
In the game, each character can exhibit both a primary and secondary job class, with each job specializing in different abilities. Combining jobs allow you to handle two abilities simultaneously.
You can create an all-rounder balanced in offense and defense, or perhaps a character that specializes in magic. Your tactics and how you develop each character are up to you.
Etrian Odyssey HD
Etrian Odyssey HD remasters the timeless adventure that many of us grew up playing.
Build a party of explorers from nine different character classes – Create a woodland survivalist, shield-bearing protector, whip-wielding dark hunter, and more.
Scour through the dungeon’s many layers and fend off the unknown to discover the truth behind the Yggdrasil Labyrinth.
