Giving gifts to villagers in Wylde Flowers is fairly simple. Players need to walk up to the villager they’re interested in, and select the gift icon.

From there, you have to guess (or refer to the list above) what is their favorite gift. If you find it, you’ll get a prompt on your screen.

The main reason for giving gifts is to increase friendship and affection levels, which are key for romance and other options later in the game.
