How to Equip Accessories in One Piece Odyssey
To equip accessories, navigate to the Equipment tab in the main menu, and then find the Character Board with all your characters.
From the equipment tab, select the accessory you want to equip, press X to confirm it, and then use the L2 and R2 buttons to change the character and X again to equip it.

This isn’t a full list of accessories I found an afro wig in water 7 somewhere but I spent all day grinding without saving then my game froze and now I did everything the same but I still don’t have it… maybe there’s rare drops from mbs I’m not sure yet
