#1 Bessie Location in House Flipper 2

Select the “So You Wanna Be a House Flipper?” mission, head in through the front, and turn left to enter the master bedroom. Next to the bed by the window, there’s a small shelf with the Bessie on top.

#2 Bessie Location

Start the “I Have a New Quest For You” mission and enter the house through the garage. Inside the garage, at the back wall near the stairs by the window, locate the shelf, and you’ll see the Bessie on the second shelf from the top.

#3 Bessie Location

Head to the “Out with the Old!” job and go through the front door. In the hallway, you’ll find a big pile of boxes, and you can find the Bessie on the left side of the box that’s below the window.

#4 Bessie Location

Select the “Tiny House to Flip” job and enter through the front door. Once you’re in the living room, look at the shelves on the top right side, above the couch. As you’re looking at the shelves, you’ll see the Bessie on the far left one.

#5 Bessie Location in House Flipper 2

Head to the “My Crew is Moving Here” job and enter the house through the front door. Move through the hallway, and before the stairs, turn left to find the utility room with the washing machine.

Just next to the washing machine, you’ll see a small wooden crate; the Bessie is located inside this crate.

#6 Bessie Location

For the next Bessie location in House Flipper 2, choose the “My House Doesn’t Feel Like Home” job. Enter through the front door and go up the stairs. You’ll see a tall, white, cube-shelf furniture; on the other side of it, on the top shelf, you’ll find the Bessie.

#7 Bessie Location

Start the “Making Room for Our New Baby” mission, head through the main door, and enter the living room. Between the couch and the fireplace, you’ll see a small yellow box on the ground. Inside that box, you’ll find the Bessie.

#8 Bessie Location

For this one, select the “Exterior Renovation” job. Head inside through the front door and go up the stairs. Go around and follow the railing to locate the kid room on the left. Next to the wardrobe, on the dresser, you’ll spot the Bessie.

#9 Bessie Location in House Flipper 2

For the last one, choose the “Adding Music Studio” mission. Enter through the front door and keep moving straight until you reach the kitchen. Above the sink, you’ll see a small orange cabinet; open it, and you’ll see the Bessie in the bottom right corner.
