How to Find Puffskein in Hogwarts Legacy
To find Puffskein, open the world map and zoom in once to see detailed locations. Then, navigate around looking for paw symbols, which indicate beast dens.
Hover over these symbols until you find a Puffskein Den. For instance, there is one den on the south side of the Forbidden Forest, as shown in the image below.
Travel to this location and equip the Nab-sack, as well as a spell to hold beasts in place such as Glacius or Levioso. Make them stand still and use the Nab-sack to capture them.
While one Puffskein is enough to produce any amount of fur, it will take time since it has a 25-minute cooldown after producing each time. Due to that, if you need a lot of furs, make sure to capture multiple Puffskeins
How to Get Puffskein Fur in Hogwarts Legacy
But how do you get Puffskein Fur from your newly-caught Puffskein? Thankfully, the process is easy. Here’s what you’ll need to do step-by-step:
- Place the Puffskein in your vivarium (any of the vivariums) within the Room of Requirement.
- Equip the Beast Petting Brush and Beast Feed utility spells.
- Use both spells on each Puffskein to clean and feed them.
- Afterward, interact with the Puffskein to collect its fur.
After completing this process, the Puffskein will have a 25-minute cooldown, before this can be done again.
