How to Fight Bosses Again in Cult of the Lamb

Cult of the lamb is a game where you play as a lamb raising its own cult. While leading this cult you will be dealing with tons of hard bosses. Can you fight the bosses after you defeat them? Stay tuned to find out.

The bosses in Cult of the Lambs are called Bishops.

Bishops are enigmatic and massive monsters who target and prey on non-believers.

They are the primary bosses in the game, and you must battle and eliminate them together with your cult.

Furthermore, as the game advances, new weapons and curses become available.

This means that you will have more options for defeating the bosses that you’ve already passed.

But the question stands – How to fight bosses again? In this article, we will be talking about it and I will explain it in detail what it is that you should do. Let’s get started.

Can You Fight Bosses Again In Cult of the Lamb?

Yes, you can.

You are able to be fighting with a big Bishop boss, eliminate him and then go over and battle with him again as if he didn’t die in the first place.

This is something taht you want to be doing because the bosses offer very good drops and EXP for you and your cult.

Other than that, you would maybe want to enjoy that boss fight once again. That is why the developers have probably implemented the option of you being able to fight them again.

How To Fight Bosses Again In Cult Of The Lamb?

If you wish to face your favorite boss again, you must enter a region that you have already finished and completed, and then begin making your way along the paths that lie ahead of you.

As you go through the various chambers, you’ll ultimately come upon a Devotion Statue at the start of one of the levels. This usually happens in the third or later chamber, although you can get lucky and find one before.

Once you’ve located one of these statues, you must assault and destroy it in order to unlock a gateway beneath it.

Climb inside this portal and you will get to run through the same level from the beginning as if you’ve never passed it before. This is how you can fight them again.

This is an amazing way of farming your bosses over and over again. I recommend going over some bosses again for the amount of loot and EXP that they offer.

Make sure to get ready before a boss fight. You will want to prepare by having good buildings and the proper cult members. Sacrificing for buffs also helps.

Is It Any Different If You Fight Boss Again In Cult Of The Lamb?

Yes, it will be different.

The bosses that you have faced initially and for the first time will be exactly the same as they were. But now, they will just have way more HP and deal a heck of a lot more DMG.

Although it will be harder because of this, still, the bosses will follow the same patterns as before.

So if you learned a boss and know how to follow his attack and defense rhythm, you won’t be having a problem farming your favorite boss over and over again.

Witnesses In Cult Of The Lamb

After you beat each Bishop, a new mini-boss will appear in their place. These mini-bosses termed ‘witnesses,’ dwell in the region’s last sector, where the Bishop would normally be found.

They aren’t particularly difficult, but they might give a welcome challenge.

Defeating these witnesses will reward you with a new item, the ‘Eye of the Witness,’ which you may barter to Plimbo in the Smuggler’s Sanctuary to earn their loyalty.

This is the main reason why you would actually want to farm the witnesses in Cult of the Lamb. One farm of a boss equals to an Eye of the Witness = loyalty.

How To Find The Bosses In Cult Of The Lamb?

Bishops or bosses are usually found at the end of the stages that you will need to pass. You will of course have to go through all the smaller stages of the level to end up with a blast at the end.

These are all the bosses in the game and where you’ll be able to find them:

  • Narinder (The One Who Waits) – this is the main boss of the game. He will appear a couple of items after you have fulfilled his desires and wishes. You will find him at the end of the game
  • Shamura – Silk Cradle
  • Kallamar – Anchordeep
  • Heket – Anura
  • Leshy – Darkwood

Conclusion

You are able to fight bosses again in Cult of the Lamb. Doing so is also very useful and I highly recommend it.

This way you will be dealing with a harder boss than before, which is going to give you a challenge which is always nice, and plus on top of that, you will get better rewards.

Try to learn their attack patterns first of all before you decide to take them on again.

I hope that this guide has provided you with the knowledge that you wanted about bosses in Cult of the Lamb.

What is your favorite boss in Cult of the Lamb and why? Happy boss farming!
