Keep in mind that most of these methods are situational and will depend on your units, items, and skills unlocked.

  • Natural Regeneration – Units regenerate 5 HP per turn when they are inside of your territory but outside a city and 25 HP per turn when inside a city. Units do not regenerate HP when they are outside of your territory.
  • Natural Recovery (Perk) – This perk can be unlocked by progressing the Nature Affinity Tree and will boost the healing rate of all your units inside your territory by +15 for one turn.
  • Support Units – Some units with the support role can temporarily heal other allied units. However, this can only happen during battle and any HP healed will diminish after combat.
  • Army Heal (Spell) – This spell can be unlocked via the Tome of Faith and will heal all allied units.
  • Wand of Healing (Item) – Equipping this item on a unit will cause it to heal other units.
  • Hero Skills – Your main hero will gain various skills while leveling up that will allow them to heal your other units.
