Resonance Solstice is a PC and mobile RPG by Ujoy Games that mixes real-time card combat with life on the rails: you crew up, run the Eternal train, trade between cities, and clear tactical fights with clever deck play.
And you get a super advantage if one of the first characters you get is a top one. This is where rerolling comes in handy, as you can reset your account and try again until you land the exact SSR character you want.
While rerolling is not mandatory – and actually a chore for most players – it does make the first chapters smoother, speeds up farming, and lets you build your favorite deck faster.

Reroll Basics
At a quick glance, rerolling in Resonance Solstice goes like this:
Each reroll takes around 15-20 minutes (maybe a bit less once you get some experience with it). You’re guaranteed two SRs (Yejue and Fenia) from your first pulls, the Beginner/Launch banner guarantees an SSR after two multis, and by Day 3, you receive an SSR selector covering standard pool characters.
Use a Guest account for quick resets or rotate salted/proxy emails to avoid reinstalls. Your first nickname change is free, so use a placeholder while cycling attempts.
Each new run typically yields ~10–17 pulls when combining story progress, mailbox/event rewards, and potential codes. The base SSR rate is 2%, with 1% for the featured rate-up SSR on event banners.
How to Reroll in Resonance Solstice

Rerolling in Resonance Solstice isn’t complicated, but it pays to be efficient. Here’s the most time-effective route if you want to start strong without wasting an evening on tutorials.
- Start fresh by using the Guest login or the uJoy Email/Password option (keep in mind that you will use more).
- Begin your journey. This is the tutorial, so skip through it after first completion to speed things up.
- Skip everything you can. Afterwards, progress through the story by fast-forwarding all dialog (on PC, hold down the mouse button for this).
- Claim your guaranteed SRs. Your first summon is always Yejue, and your second is Fenia – there’s nothing you can change here.
- Cut the travel time. As soon as your first train trip begins, pause immediately and summon. This trick alone saves 10 minutes per reroll cycle.
- Grab every free pull available. Open your mailbox and event tabs to claim any pre-registration or launch rewards. Also, redeem all active codes in Resonance Solstice listed here to get even more pulls.
- Exchange Gold in the HQ Shop for additional summons if possible.
- Didn’t pull what you wanted? Delete your data or reset your Guest account and run it again.

Unlocking Additional Banners
By default, only the Beginner Banner is unlocked during your first reroll attempts. If you’re targeting characters from event or rate-up banners, you’ll need to progress slightly further into the story.
Continue the tutorial until Level 6, finish Arina’s cutscene, then visit the Night Chains Shop. From there, hit the train icon at the top-left corner of the screen to return to the main menu – this action refreshes your banner list and activates the event pools.
Once unlocked, you can switch between the Beginner, Standard, and Event banners freely and use the pulls you’ve collected from codes, mail, and rewards to chase your ideal SSR. But, at the same time, this also takes a lot more time.
Binding Your Account
Got the SSR you wanted? Bind immediately. Losing an unbound account to a reinstall or device change is the worst kind of pain. Go to Settings – Account – Link Account and connect one of the following:
- Google Play (Android)
- Apple ID (iOS)
- Email (works across devices)
Wait for the confirmation prompt and you’re safe – your account is now safe and you can continue playing the game.
What Characters to Reroll For?

Not all SSRs are great – hence the need for rerolling in the game. While things will surely change with upcoming updates, at the moment we have two main characters that are amazing, imho, to get:
Caroline – Electrify/Magnetize specialist. Her ultimate lets the whole squad apply Electrify. Scales well with investment and is great from the beginning to the later stages.
Stella – She reduces deck costs, buffs allies, and fuels rapid card rotation. Great for high-cost or aggressive decks that need to ramp quickly. She’s fragile if placed forward, so pair her with a dedicated healer and/or a solid tank.
NOTE: If you get either character on your pulls, you can select the other during the SSR selector in Day 3.

Solid alternatives:
Since the pull rates are so low, it might take a long time to get either of the two above. Here are some other notable picks in my opinion (I would honestly go with either):
Nayuta – Draws/shuffles into multi-effect turns and fits nearly any team, even though the RNG during the early turns is a bit of a downside. However, she becomes more useful as time goes by.
Charlotte – Ramp-up DPS that snowballs in long fights, although she is less ideal for quick farming.
Tennie – Swiss-army support for Electrify/Chill teams; freeze, shields, self-heal, and Slash synergy – a perfect character to have early on.
Katas – DPS with stun that draws her ultimate and hits all enemies; brings cost generation.
Connor – Tank with big AoE bursts every third ultimate, best used as a leader. Still, I am ranking her last because DPS and solid supports seem to do much better.
Final Thoughts: Is Rerolling Worth Your Time?
Yes, rerolling is worth your time if you want a smooth start and you don’t plan to spend any money in the game.
The game hands out free pulls and a Day 3 selector which makes things easier, but getting Caroline or Stella on day one makes everything faster.
However, if you just want to enjoy the game and you don’t completely rule out the possibility of spending some real life money on the game, skip rerolling and go with whatever the game gives you (and select just one solid SSR on Day 3).

What do you think, though? Is rerolling worth it? And if so – what character do you want to get? Is it one of my recommendations above, or you’re trying to get a different one?
