Oveall, this currency is mostly used for buying preset weapons and various other cosmetics. You can exchange money for C-Stacks or earn them by completing challenges.
In this guide, I will explain what are C-Stacks in Payday 3 and how to get more of them, as well as what should you use them for.

What Are C-Stacks and How to Get More in Payday 3

C-Stacks are a secondary currency in Payday 3, seen in the top right of your screen next to money, and they can be used to buy cosmetics and preset weapons.
They are significantly slower to collect than money and you can earn a limited amount each week.
To get more C-Stacks, from the Vendors menu navigate to Setaggi: Currency Broker or from the Challenges menu head to the Career Challenges.
Setaggi will sell bundles of one, five, or ten C-Stacks. However, the price of each bundle will increase (almost double in certain cases) after each purchase
However, the bundle of these will reset every Monday morning. Specifically, the C-Stack price on Setaggi resets every Monday 2 AM EET.
Due to that, I recommend buying a few bundles each week (based on your money available) and then waiting for it to reset.
In terms of Career Challenges, you will earn C-Stacks after reaching certain Infamy levels. To speedrun this, check out our guide on how to level infamy fast in Payday 3.
What to Buy With C-Stacks
Now that you’ve got enough C-Stacks on you, or are waiting for next week’s reset to buy the rest that you need, let’s see what to do with C-Stacks in Payday 3.
C-Stacks allow you to purchase weapon presets with pre-equipped mods, as well as various glove cosmetics.
Specifically, from the Vendor menu at the top, you can select Gage: Arms Dealer or Mr. Wright: Tailor and scroll all the way down.
Gage sells weapon presets already equipped with mods while Mr. Wright sells gloves in exchange for C-Stacks (50 C-Stacks per pair of gloves).
Keep in mind that in weapon presets, you are unable to change mods at all.
Wrapping up
To summarize, C-Stacks are a unique currency in Payday 3 that you can buy in exchange for money or earn by leveling up your infamy.
Then, they can be used to purchase preset weapons or glove cosmetics of your choice.
What do you think about the C-Stacks mechanic? How many of the bundles are you buying each week and what’s the first item you’ll unlock with them? Don’t hesitate to share your favorite cosmetics in the comments below.
