How to Change Clothes in Palia
To change clothes in Palia, you must either select them while creating your character for the first time or use a Wardrobe in your house.
When creating your character, there will be various outfits to choose from. Additionally, most of them will have up to four color varieties. This will allow you to stand out from other players as you can choose any outfit and color variety you want.
Additionally, you can change outfits and color variety at any point after you construct a Wardrobe in your house. This can be done within the first one or two hours of gameplay, so it’s fairly easy.
Thankfully, there are many options to choose from in terms of starting clothes, so it’s easy to end up with a unique outfit.
After making a Wardrobe, simply interact with it at any point and you’re free to change your outfit at no cost as many times as you want. However, the only outfits available will be the ones you had when first making your character. So, how do you unlock more outfits?
How to Get New Outfits
To get more outfits in Palia, players will need to visit the Tailor in the center of the Town. Interact with the cash register to open the outfit shop and you’ll be able to see all the outfits available for purchase.
While there are many outfits available in the shop, all of them can only be bought with real-life money and there’s no other way to get them. Due to that, players have been wondering if there are any unlockable cosmetics in the game.
Unfortunately, there is no way to earn cosmetics in Palia. The only way to get new outfits is by buying them from the premium shop in exchange for real-life money.
Earning new cosmetics is a big part of every casual RPG game and players are disappointed that this isn’t an option available. However, the game will start receiving updates often, so we are hoping for the devs to reconsider their decision and add unlockable outfits that players can grind for.
After all, this is a great incentive for many players to keep playing since unlocking new cosmetics offers a satisfying sense of progression.
