S-Tier characters stand out in both late-game PvE and PvP. They are amazing to use in any team, and I highly recommend getting them if you have the chance.

Monkey D. Luffy – Beating Drum of Liberation

Most Monkey D. Luffy variants are top tier but if I have to choose one, it would be the Beating Drum of Liberation. Simply put, this character can deal phenomenal damage and is great for any team and all types of content.

Roger & Newgate – Clash of the Might

Roger & Newgate – Clash of the Might is an exceptionally strong character and the best Roger variant available. Whenever used, Roger can easily take down two units easily and help you turn battles in your favor.

Roronoa Zoro – King of Hell Strike

Roronoa Zoro stands out due to his amazing versatility. He can work and shine in almost every type of team, and he’s a must-have for all types of content.

A-Tier Characters

A-Tier characters are amazing choices overall. While they aren’t as great as S-Tier ones, having any of those will help you progress in the game faster.
