Start by visiting the tent in your camp and clicking ‘yes’ when asked to change outfits. Then, you can see all your available outfits on the left side, and which characters have them equipped on the right.

Navigate to the outfit you want to equip and click on it. It will then equip to its related character and replace the previous outfit.
