The Bubble Wand in Hello Kitty Island Adventure is needed to capture some Sapphire Seaponnies for Hangyodon. He informs you that you need three different crafting plans, and then after taking them to Chococat, you will have your Bubble Wand.
So in order to get the Bubble Wand in the game, you need to visit three main locations for the crafting parts:
- The Sunken Ship
- On Mount Hothead
- The Crystal Caves

Prerequisite Quests
First things first! Before going after the Bubble Wand quest, there are some things you will need to have completed beforehand.
Here is what you will need to have already completed before being able to start this quest:
- Reach Friendship level 7 with Retsuko, and complete her Story Quest: Enraging Ruins.
- You will need to have unblocked the ability to fast travel, by completing the “Delivery Service” quest.
Once these two conditions have been cleared, you will be able to complete the Bubble Wand Quest, in Hello Kitty Island Adventure.

Hello Kitty Island Adventure: The Sunken Ship Location
After completing the requirements, you can start the quest for the Bubble Wand. The first piece will be near the Racing Arena. You will also be able to find Hangyodon, by paying attention to the mini-map.
Once you talk to Hangyodon next to the secret sign, you will be shown a general location of the chest holding the first crafting part of the Bubble Wand.
You will notice that the chest is on the left of the sunken ship, on a small cliff ledge.
Teleport to the Sunken Ship Mailbox, and then just swim to the left side.
Keep going up, until you notice some purple coral. Go a little more to the left, and you will have found the chest and get the first crafting part of the Bubble Wand.
Hello Kitty Island Adventure: The Mount Hothead Location
The second location you will need to go, for the next part of the Bubble Wand, is on Mount Hothead.
You will need to find Retsuko who is near the Hot Springs. Again like before the mini-map will be a great asset in case you get lost.
Once you talk to Retsuko next to the secret sign, you will be shown a general location of the chest holding the second crafting part of the Bubble Wand.
You will notice that the chest is on the right of two waterfalls, on the edge of the cliff.
After talking with Retsuko keep going left, until you see a lit torch on the sand. Go down, and you will notice that the ground turns to magma, and there is a lit lamp, next to some lava rocks.
Climb the lava rocks, and you will notice a purple button under a flag. Head north of the flag, where the mountain has small grooves you can rock climb on.
Once you climb you will notice a zipline. Get past the zipline, and keep going north. You will find the two waterfalls, and the chest on the edge to get the second part.

Hello Kitty Island Adventure: The Crystal Caves Location
The last location you will need to go, for the next part of the Bubble Wand, is inside the Crystal Mines.
You will need to find Pekkle who is in the Oasis, next to the Crystal Caves entrance. Again like before the mini-map will be a great asset in case you get lost.
Once you talk to Pekkle next to the secret sign, you will be shown a general location of the chest holding the last crafting part of the Bubble Wand.
Start going north, and go in the first blue gate on your right. You’ll find yourself in a room with two small platforms with gaps between them.
You will need to jump and glide with the balloons across the gap, to the platform in the middle. Jump again to the next platform, and after you jump and make it across enter the first pink door on your left.
Follow the path going north, and jump across the gap to the platform with the chest on it. This is where you will find the final part required for the wand.

Hello Kitty Island Adventure: How to Craft the Bubble Wand
Now that you have all the pieces, go back to the resort area, and speak with Chococat. He will give you the Magic Wand Plans, and in order to craft it you will need to gather the following materials.
- 20 Starfish
- 3 Mechanisms
- 5 Box Clams
After you craft it, you will be able to go back to the Comedy Club, collect the Saphire Seaponies, and complete Hangyodon’s quest.
