Inside you will be able to find a variety of things, from essence, curse change, and Prismium.
The Secret Rooms can be found in all biomes of the game, so players need to keep an eye out while exploring because every nook and cranny can be a hiding place for one of them.
Don’t be afraid to go off the beaten path, and try unconventional locations. The game offers you enough mobility options to be able to reach far-away places.
Once you find one of them, you will need to use your Anima close to the lock that you will see on your screen, and the wall will disappear.
You are free then to gather your hard-earned rewards, and continue exploring the other departments.

Have a Nice Death: What is Anima?
Anima is a resource in the game that is most commonly used by players to heal. Anima will appear as either a light blue orb or a gold orb (referred to in the game as Golden Anima).
Blue Anima can heal any part of the health bar that is gray. If there is part of the health bar that is gone, regular Anima cannot heal that.
A Pure Heal is an effect that restores health, heals injuries, and can restore the maximum health that has been lost.
Anima in general can be found and picked up while exploring the Departments throughout Death Incorporated. Beyond that, players can also get Golden Anima by gathering enough regular Anima.
When full on regular Anima, any additional regular Anima that is picked up will combine and one slot will turn into golden Anima.
