Rosado is one of the eight recruitable characters from Elusia in Fire Emblem Engage.
While players encounter Rosado fairly early in Chapter 7: Dark Emblem, he can be recruited only in Chapter 16: Seashore Travels. As for the best way to use him, Rosado is a frontline tank unit, ideally paired with the Wyvern Knight class and Emblem Eirika.

Now that you’ve recruited Rosado, let’s see his best build and the best way to use him.
Best Class and Emblem for Rosado
The best class for Rosaldo is the Wyvern Knight, which is also his starting class. It has the class-exclusive skill Air Raid, which gives the unit +5 speed if it initiates combat from a space a foe cannot enter.
As a flying unit, engaging from these spaces is a quite common occurrence.
Similarly, the best Emblem for Rosado is Eirika (unlocked in Chapter 16: Seashore Travels). Emblem Eirika helps Rosado make up for his low Luck stat, while also offering extra dodge chance and damage reduction.
Alternatively, Rosado can also pair well with Ike (unlocked in Chapter 13: Heroes of the Oasis) for more defensive stats and the ability to protect allies or Leif (unlocked in Chapter 8: The Kingdom of Might) for a balance between offense and defense.
Best Way to Use Rosado in Fire Emblem Engage
Rosado has an exceptionally high HP in terms of base stats which, if combined with the proper class and emblem, can make him an ideal frontline tank.
Therefore, his role is to play in front of your other units and take the aggro from enemies while leaving your strong DPS characters to deal damage undisturbed.
Combine him with a strong healer such as Framme or Jean and you’re guaranteed that Rosado will survive any attack.
Wrapping up
In conclusion, Rosado can be recruited in Chapter 16: Seashore Travels and is an optimal frontline tank unit in Fire Emblem Engage. His best class is the Wyvern Knight, while his best Emblem is Eirika.
