With Brawlhalla being available on PlayStation, Xbox One, Android, iOS, PC (Steam, Epic Games, and Uplay), and Nintendo Switch, many players have been wondering how to link their accounts and whether cross-play and cross-progression are possible.

In this guide, I will showcase how to link accounts in Brawlhalla and explain if the game has cross-play and cross-progression.
Does Brawlhalla Have Cross-Progression?
Cross-progression means having accounts on different platforms and having their progress shared. If you unlock something on your Steam account, you can continue playing from your Nintendo Switch account and have the same things unlocked.
Unfortunately, Brawlhala does not have cross-progression at the moment.
However, there is good news. Cross-progression has been announced officially on a recent Twitch live stream (timestamp 00:47:38) and is planned to launch in Spring 2023!
Thus, while at the moment you can’t share your progress between your Brawlaha accounts, you will be able to do that fairly soon.
How to Link Accounts in Brawlhalla
While we’ll get more information on this closer to the release of cross-progression, we can assume that this will be done through the account-linking settings on certain platforms.
For instance, you can currently link your current Ubisoft account with Steam, Playstation Network, and Xbox.
This is done by logging in to your Ubisoft account settings, navigating to the Account Information tab, and scrolling down until you find the Linked Accounts section.
When cross-progression launches, this will be available on each platform and you’ll be able to link the platforms of your choice.

Does Brawlhalla Have Cross-Play?
While you can’t share your progress between your accounts, you’ll be happy to hear that you can play with friends who are on different platforms.
Brawlhala supports cross-play and regardless of your platform of choice, you can play with any friends, even if they are on a different platform.
To enable crossplay in Brawlhalla, all you need to do is create a public or private room and share the room ID with others. Regardless of their platform, as long as they have the right room ID, they’ll be able to join.
