In this guide, I will explain how to get the Helldusk Armor set in Baldur’s Gate 3 (helmet, gloves, armor, and boots) while also showcasing how to enter the House of Hope.

How to Get Helldusk Armor in Baldur’s Gate 3
To get the Helldusk Armor set in BG3, players will need to enter the House of Hope and explore the map. Within this area, they’ll find the Helmet, Gloves, and Armor pieces.
As for the Helldusk Boots, they’ll need to explore the top floor of Wyrm’s Rock Fortress.
Let’s start by showcasing how to unlock the entrance to the House of Hope.
How to Enter the House of Hope
To open the portal to the House of Hope, talk to Helsik in Devil’s Fee and select the following dialogue options:
- Curios don’t interest me. I’m interested in the hells themselves – a place called the House of Hope in particular.
- Can you get me into the House of Hope?
- Pay the sum (20,000) or Persuade/Intimidate to reduce it if you can go through the required DC.
- Accept the deal.
If you don’t have the first dialogue option available, you will need to pass a check in Helsik’s store that will allow you to see items sold from Hell. Alternatively, players can ask her how to get to Raphael’s House if they saved the demon in Shar’s Temple in Act 2.
Head to the top floor and use Helsik’s key to open the locked door. Then, open the Ritual Pouch (given by Helsik in the previous dialogue) and you’ll need to place the items in specific spots on the blood circle as mentioned in the “Opening a Hell Gate” book.
Place the items as shown in the picture below, head to the center of the circle, and you’ll enter the House of Hope.
Helldusk Helm Location
To get the Helldusk Helm, find the incubus Haarleep in the boudoir in the House of Hope. Killing him will award you with the Helldusk Helm.
Helldusk Gloves Location
Next to the boudoir’s entrance in the House of Hope, you’ll find a gemstone on a wall. Pass a Perception Check to unlock a secret room and then pass an Arcane and an Investigation check.
Within the room, you’ll find a safe that contains the Helldusk Gloves.
Helldusk Armor Location
To get the Helldusk Armor, meet and defeat Raphael in the House of Hope. As a reward, you’ll find this armor in the dropped loot.
Helldusk Boots Location
For the Helldusk Boots, leave the House of Hope and head to Wyrm’s Rock Fortress. On the top floor, in the northwest corner, you’ll find a chest that contains these boots.
