Every game launch comes with its technical issues and Overwatch 2 is no exception.
Specifically, players have to deal with extremely blurry visuals, even though their graphic settings are set to medium or high.
Fortunately, there’s an easy fix from the in-game settings to make your screen crystal-clear again.
In this guide, I will explain how to fix the blurry screen issue in Overwatch 2.
How to Fix Blurry Screen for PC
Here are some solutions to try if you’re having a blurry screen in Overwatch 2.
Disable Dynamic Render Scale

After opening Overwatch 2, click Escape on your keyboard. Then, go to Settings and select Video. Then, select the fourth option from the top named Dynamic Render Scale, and turn it off.
For some reason, Overwatch 2 has it on by default and it causes issues with many devices.
Change Antialias Quality
If Dynamic Render Scale didn’t do the trick for you, consider altering the antialias quality. From Video Settings, select Graphics Quality in the left column. Antialias quality will be the sixth option from the bottom.
Try different options and start with setting it to off. If off doesn’t work, try setting it to the highest possible option.
Restart or Reinstall the Game
If neither of these methods works, start by restarting the game. Sometimes it’s the easiest fix.
In case restarting doesn’t fix the issue, reinstalling is your best bet. It will take a while since the servers are overloaded after launch but it’s worth trying.
How to Fix Blurry Screen for Console
If you’re facing this issue on a console, other than restarting and reinstalling, there’s one solution you could try.
Enable Balanced Mode
After opening the game, go to the settings and find Balanced Mode. Make sure it’s turned on.
After turning it on, avoid opening the chat box. Interacting with the chat can affect the quality of your game, cause blurry graphics, and reduce your fps.

Similar to PC solutions, if this doesn’t work, try restarting or reinstalling the game.
