How to Get the Prescription Item
The only way to get the drug prescription item is by defeating the ‘Rioter’ enemy. It has a 100% drop chance, so you’ll always get it.
You can find the ‘Rioter’ enemy while investigating the Downtown and has a low spawn chance. If the town is currently affected by the Riots status, the Rioter has a higher chance to spawn.
How to Use the Prescription Item in World of Horror
Now you have a drug prescription in your inventory that can’t be sold or discarded and are wondering what to do with it.
Before moving on, you must first unlock the Illegal Den location. This is done by completing 25 achievements in total and can be accessed from the Seaside location.
In World of Horror, the only way to use the Prescription item is by bringing it to the pharmacy after unlocking the Illegal Den. Use the item there and at the cost of 4 Funds, you’ll get a special counter on the top of your screen with the number 1.
Keep in mind that if you don’t have 4 funds, you won’t be able to progress the quest.
Then, head to the Illegal Den location and you will meet Miku while also earning the ‘Soft Side’ achievement.
