The overall best crop in Sun Haven is by far the Watermelon Vine. It’s the only crop on this list that can be harvested multiple times. Plant it during the first day of Spring and you’ll be able to harvest it multiple times, until the end of Summer.
Each seed costs 500 coins and each Watermelon Vine sells for 190. It takes 14 days to grow initially and will regrow every 4 days after that.
Based on that, you will be able to get a maximum of 11 harvests from the start of Spring until the end of Summer. Overall, this adds up to a profit of 28.3 coins per day, for each Watermelon Vine seed.
However, keep in mind that this seed can only be purchased from year 2 onwards.
