All Recipes in Sea of Stars – Locations and Effects

There are multiple recipes available in the game, that give HP, MP, or revive your team. Some affect a single ally of your choice, while others can be used on the entire party.
Without further delay, here are all the recipes in Sea of Stars, as well as their locations and effects:
- Berry Jam – default recipe – +5MP to an ally
- Roast Sandwich – default recipe – +60 HP to an ally
- Herbed Fillet – default recipe – +50HP to an ally
- Basic Salad – default recipe – +35HP to an ally
- Tomato Club – default recipe – +20HP to an ally
Keep in mind that default recipes won’t get you very far. Soon enough, your characters will have way more max HP while MP will become more necessary.
- Chaudrée – Mountain trail – +8MP to an ally
- Mushroom Scramble – Elder Mist Trials – +35HP & +8MP to an ally
- Mushroom Soup – Moorlands – +40HP to all allies
- Papillotte – Brisk Merchant – Revives ally and heals for 50HP
- Hearty Stew – Flooded Graveyard – +90HP to an ally
- Mooncradle Fish Pie – Haunted Mansion – +55HP & 5MP to all allies
- Bouillabaisse – Docarri Village Merchant – +110HP & 6MP to an ally
- Croustade – Mirth – +80HP & 8MP to all allies
- Parfait – Autumn Hills – Revives ally and heals for 75HP
- Peach Strudel – Cloud Kingdom Merchant – +12MP to an ally
With the above recipes, you’ll be good to go for most of the mid game. Once your characters level up further and you unlock new zones, here are the late-game recipes in Sea of Stars:
- Sashimi – Derelict Factory in Serai’s World – +155HP to an ally
- Yakitori Shrimp – Reipine Merchant in Serai’s World – +15MP to an ally
- Pain Doré – Lost One’s Hamlet Merchant – +9MP to all allies
- Gourmet Burger – Lost One’s Hamlet Merchant – +175HP & 7MP to an ally
- Poutine – Docarri Village after 35 Rainbow Conch Shells or Fleshmancer’s Lair Merchant shop – Revives ally and heals for 100HP
- Pudding Chômeur – Docarri Village after 47 Rainbow Conch Shells – Fully restores MP to an ally
- Champion’s Omelette – Sacrosanct Spires – +255HP to an ally
- Surf and Turf Tataki – Sky Base – +135HP & 8MP
- Braisé – Fleshmancer’s Lair Merchant – Fully restores HP & MP to an ally
- Lasagna – Fleshmancer’s Lair Merchant – +180HP to all allies.
- Legendary Feast – Golden Pelican in Brisk – Fully restores HP & MP to all allies
Overall, the Legendary Feast is the best food in Sea of Stars, but it’s also extremely hard to get. For late-game meals, your best options are any recipes that can be bought at the Fleshmancer’s Lair.
