The best farm location to get more Thermite in Lies of P is the Moonlight Town Stargazer. Follow the path upwards towards the small town and you’ll find six enemies there.
By killing the one on the roof, you’ll have a chance to get Thermite. Keep in mind that Thermite has fairly low drop chances, so you won’t get one on every run. Once you kill all six enemies, head back to the Stargazer and repeat.
You can also consider avoiding all other puppets and simply aiming for the one on the roof. Check if it drops Thermite once killed and reset.
While this is the best farming location, there’s a more efficient way to get Thermite. Unless you’re desperate for Thermite immediately, I would recommend avoiding farming with this method.
Wait until you progress through Chapter 5 and you’ll unlock a significantly more efficient method.
Where to Buy Thermite in Lies of P
The best way to get Thermite in Lies of P is to buy it from the vendor in the Malum District Town Hall Stargazer in Chapter 5. Keep in mind that you’ll need to defeat the Fallen Archbishop Andreus in Chapter 4 before being able to access this location.
To find the vendor, progress through the Red Lobster Inn and open the shortcut back to the Stargazer. Once you open the shortcut, from the Stargazer head inside the shortcut building and you’ll notice a ladder on the back right corner.
Once you climb up, you’ll find the Malum District Black Market Trader who sells Thermite for 400 Ergo per piece. The best part is that you can buy as many pieces of Thermite as you can carry.
