You can get Iron Bars by farming Iron Ore in the Ice Biome caves and combining it with Brightcores in a Metal Smelter to craft Iron Bars.

How to Get Iron Ore

You can find caves in the snow biome by heading to a vantage point and looking around for rock formations.

Also, the caves are the coldest place in the Ice biome. Make sure you have enough Spicy Burgers to stay warm and survive the cold.
Within the cave, you’ll be able to find Iron Ore easily and mine it with your pickaxe.
How to Get Iron Bars in LEGO Fortnite
To get Iron Bars in LEGO Fortnite, head to the Metal Smelter and craft them. The recipe is unlocked upon picking up one Iron Ore and is the following:
- 1x Iron Bar = 1x Iron Ore + 2x Brightcore
If you don’t have a Metal Smelter yet, here’s what you need to craft it:
- 15x Brightcore
- 35x Obsidian Slab
- 3x Blast Core
Where to Use Iron Bars
Now that you’ve gotten enough Iron Bars, you can use them to craft the Epic Shovel, Recurve Crossbow, and Longsword items.
All three recipes will be automatically unlocked once you pick up your first Iron Bar.
