However, to complete this quest and get all rewards, players will need to make the right choices when interacting with Father Tooker after defeating the restless spirit.

To start the Pirate Gold quest in Jagged Alliance 3, visit Fleatown in sector H8 and meet with Father Tooker. Then, navigate to the Jungle River Bank in sector I10 and defeat the Legions.

Find the spot with a white drawing and a magnifying glass icon and interact with it. Right after, press ‘O’, and three ambush spots will appear. Place your mercs there and the fight will begin.

Defeating the Restless Ghost is easy as it doesn’t have the strength or HP of a boss but of a common enemy.

After defeating it, return to the Church of Fleatown again and find Father Tooker.

When interacting with Father Tooker after defeating the Restless Ghost in JA 3, players will have two options:

  • Inform Father Tooker about the map – Doing this will reward you with 20 Loyalty and give you the chance to interact with the wolf statue. However, you will hand over the map to Father Tooker.
  • Don’t mention the map to Father Tooker – Doing this will reward you with 5 Loyalty and give you a different set of options if you try to interact with the wolf statue. In this option, you will keep the map.

If you chose the second option and didn’t mention the map, you can interact with the wolf statue but will have three choices there:

  • Collecting Evidence – If you have Fox on your team or someone with the Scoundrel perk, you can say that you’re collecting evidence and take the Statue without losing any Loyalty.
  • Give the statue – Reveal the map to Father Tooker and gain 15 Loyalty but lose the artifact.
  • Take the statue – Take the artifact by force and lose 5 Loyalty.

The best choice you can make is to not mention the map to Father Tooker at first and then select Collecting Evidence. This way, you’ll keep the statue and won’t lose any precious Loyalty.
