However, there is something players can do: upvote any report of the same bug. Many reports have been going around the internet and the best way to make Portkey Games solve it as soon as possible is by bringing more attention to it.
For now, this is the most upvoted bug report.
Until it’s fixed, there is one solution you can try. Specifically, there are a few robes that appear clean or less dirty. This is true for the Dark Arts and the twitch drops sets, which appear completely clean, and the House Fanatic Robe, which appears only slightly dirty.
