Campus Life Launches September 15 – Build Your Dream College Experience

Campus Life, the new university life sim from Frozen Way, is officially locking in its global launch for September 15, 2025. The game drops on PC (Steam) and is priced at $14.99 with a 10% launch discount.

If you’ve been waiting for a college sim that mixes time management with social chaos, this one’s worth adding to your wishlist. You can watch the launch trailer below:

The trailer is showing off the game’s isometric look, early-2000s campus vibe, and some of the choices you’ll be juggling. Pretty cool overall!

More news:

In the upcoming game, you create a freshman, set their background and skills, and then guide them through four years of student life.

Your path can go in a ton of directions:

  • Chase grades and become an academic legend
  • Grind athletics and own the field
  • Focus on arts, music, or just party your way into campus fame

Everything depends on how you spend your time. So yes, the core loop is about time management. Classes, exams, and tuition eat into your schedule. But you’ll also want to blow off steam – whether that’s through parties, sports, part-time jobs, or just painting and chilling in the dorms. After all, it’s a student’s life you’re simulating!

Energy and Joy act as your limits, so every choice comes with trade-offs. Think The Sims mixed with Persona’s calendar system.

Key features

  • Full control over your student’s path – four years to shape however you want
  • Player-driven story – choices and activities impact gameplay and narrative
  • Advanced character creator – design your student’s look, background, stats, traits, and more
  • Relationship system – connect with distinct NPCs and deepen bonds
  • Replay value – fresh experiences each playthrough
  • Campus vibe – balance classes, parties, clubs, and downtime in a way that fits your playstyle

Character creator, stats, and traits

The character creator is pretty deep:

  • Customize looks, style, and background
  • Set starting abilities and initial Goals
  • Pick personality traits and starting stats

Goals guide your story arc. They can push you toward academics, sports, art, or the social ladder. Achieving Goals gives you Traits, which grant passive bonuses like cheaper items, better exam results, or faster reputation gain.

Your stats: Mind, Body, and Creativity shift depending on activities, and different campus events will test your skills. Expect everything from chess tournaments and baseball games to theater performances.

Replayability

Frozen Way says replay value was a big design priority. Different Goals, Traits, Stats, Skills, Items, and side quests mean every run plays out differently. The relationship system also lets you form connections with unique NPCs, so expect multiple routes and outcomes.

Campus Life might not be Skyrim with textbooks, but it looks like a solid entry into the “life sim” genre – especially if you’re into The Sims, Two Point Campus, or Persona-style social juggling.

Remember: the first day of class is set: September 15, 2025. So make sure to wishlist this game on Steam.
