Amanda the Adventurer is an indie-horror game, that takes players to follow Amanda, and Wooly on a series of adventures as they explore and learn about our world. Play along but always remember to do everything Amanda says or she might get angry.
Explore the creepy attic, find VHS tapes, and solve puzzles. The unsettling tale will unfold as you complete puzzles, and find secret tapes. In this guide, I will go over how to get all the secret tapes, in Amanda the Adventurer.

Amanda the Adventurer: Secret Tapes Locations
There are five Secret Tapes that are found by completing puzzles in the attic. Each episode hints at what you should look for to find the next tape but if you try something different you get a secret tape.
Players cannot get the sixth Secret Tape without messing with the game. This means that it will likely be added with a future update, for players to find.
Secret Tape 1: Orange Tape
After watching the first episode you will know that the puzzle to get the secret tape involves making peach pie.
When the tape ends, turn around and find the toy oven at the other end of the room. There is a pie dish and plastic fruit nearby. Put the pie dish in the oven and close the door. When it is done an orange secret video will be in the oven.
Keep in mind though, DON’T set the time and temperature.
Secret Tape 2: Turquoise Tape
While watching the tape there will be a song, above the display cases. This song, when played on the piano, will unlock the turquoise tape. Pause the video at this moment, then head over to the piano.
Tap each key in order to reveal the VHS tape:

Secret Tape 3: Red Tape
The Red tape can only be accessed by giving the doll a flower. The creepy one with the stitched mouth shit.
Go to the back of the room, behind the toy oven, and to the right of the window. There is a small plant pot to pick up.
Head back towards the doll, and to the right of the TV where a big puddle and water is dripping on the floor. Place the pot in the dripping puddle and a flower will grow.
Pick it up and put it on the doll. She thanks you and asks you to turn around. Although this is super creepy and it feels like she will stab you in the back if you turn your back to her, do it.
I would never trust a creepy doll, in a creepy attic, in a creepy horror game, but there is no other way. When you turn back she has a red VHS tape for you.
Secret Tape 4: Green Tape
While watching the Petting Zoo episode, you will notice it is all about animal sounds. When you visit the chickens, Amanda asks you what the daddy chicken is called.
You feel unsure about how to answer or even if you missed some sort of clue, but what the game expects you to do, is type the name of the creator of the show and father to the live-action Amanda. Type in ‘SAM’ and wait for Amanda’s response.
When Amanda asks “Where should we go next?” leave the TV and go to the See ‘N Say animal noise toy. There is a green tape on the floor.
Secret Tape 5: Purple Tape
In the next episode of Amanda the Adventurer, she and Wooly are at the park, and Wooly is hurt. I can tell you for sure that they are getting no tears from me. Amanda will ask who can help Wooly.
Most people would say doctor, and I would say to run and never look back, but the game expects players to type in Nobody.
Pause the tape, then look around. The Purple tape will be on the floor by the table.

For people who have a stomach for indie horror games, and a good jumpscare they usually hide a lot of secrets for players to find.
