Mendacious Visage Attack Patterns
The Mendacious Visage has five attack patterns and here are all of them:
- Pound: The boss pulls back and pounds the ground with a large AoE stomp. You must dodge at the right time to use the dodge’s invincibility frames (iframes).
- Jump: The boss jumps towards you and deals AoE damage. Again, dodge at the right time to take advantage of iframes.
- Charge: The boss charges and tries to pin you to a wall. Dodge to the side and attack the boss from behind while it’s recovering from the attack.
- Soul Spell: The boss opens up its face and shoots soul spells from the front. Run away and move around to dodge all of them.
- Spawn Larvae: While shooting soul spells, the boss will also spawn worms around the arena. These will move towards you slowly and explode after about 10 seconds. Keep running around and make sure to never get too close to any of the worms.
