You can respec by interacting with Pieta in Skyrest Bridge if you bring her one Rebirth Chrysalis. These can be bought from various merchants or looted at certain locations.
In this guide, I will explain how to respec in Lords of the Fallen and list all Rebirth Chrysalis locations to help you get as many as you want.

How to Respec in Lords of the Fallen
To respec your build, defeat Pieta and interact with her at Skyrest Bridge. Select ‘Chrysalis Rebirth’ and bring her a Rebirth Chrysalis.
Specifically, after defeating Pieta, She of Blessed Renewal as a boss, you will be able to meet her as an NPC in Skyrest Bridge. Pieta is also the NPC that will allow you to upgrade the Sanguinarix in Lords of the Fallen.
However, the only way to respec is by using a certain material known as ‘Rebirth Chrysalis’. This is hard to obtain as it has a fairly low drop chance.
Once you have a Rebirth Chrysalis, interact with Pieta and assign your stats in any way that you please. This is a great opportunity to try different builds like the best Dark Crusader build in Lords of the Fallen that focuses on wither damage.
Where to Get Rebirth Chrysalis – All Locations
There are five ways to get Rebirth Chrysalis in Lords of the Fallen:
- Purchase from Molhu at Skyrest Bridge – You can only purchase 1 and it costs 8,000 Vigor.
- Purchase from Winterberry at Revelation Depths – You can only purchase one and it’s available after defeating the Skintaker boss and using the Drainage Control Key to find Winterberry.
- Random world loot at Fief of the Chill Curse – It has a low drop chance so keep exploring and killing enemies until you get it.
- Random world loot at Tower of Penance – It has a low drop chance so keep exploring and killing enemies until you get it.
- Purchase from Shrine of the Putrid Mother – It’s located near Molhu and you can purchase as many Rebirth Chrysalis as you want at the price of 250 Plucked Eyeballs each once you reach Tier 2.
For the final method, you’ll need a lot of Plucked Eyeballs and the best way to get them is by interacting with the red-colored lanterns of dead players and avenging them.
