Rockstar Cookie uses the ability “Legend of Rock“. This ability gradually heals its allies’ HP and applies the following buffs:
- Legendary Rock Spirit buff – Whenever an ally strikes a Critical Hit, they will restore some of their HP.
- Curse Protection Buff – Removes upon acquiring a Curse debuff.
- Crit Percent buff – Increases allies’ Crit chance by 7% for each 1% Crit chance the Rockstar Cookie has. The Crit Chance allies can get is capped at 35% and thus you only need 5% Crit Chance on the Rockstar Cookie.
Also, the Rockstar Cookie has the Encore ability. When defeated, it will begin his Encore. This removes all active debuffs from himself, increases the Healing received by allies, and starts to heal them.

While using the Rockstar Cookie, you want to focus on some Critical Chance stats. However, you also don’t want to overdo it as the Crit Percent buff is capped at 35% for allies, and thus you only need 5% for the Rockstar Cookie.
Based on that, the best toppings build for the Rockstar Cookie in Cookie Run Kingdom is using 5x Swift Chocolate with Critical Chance substats.
Swift Chocolate allows you to use your ability more often. If you can manage to get a 5% critical chance on your substats, you’ll be able to use your skill often and on maximum efficiency, as you’ll buff allies’ Critical Hit Chance by 35% every time you use it.
Alternatively, you can consider using the Solid Almond toppings which increase your overall Damage Resist. With these, you’ll be able to last in battle longer and thus have more opportunities to use your ability.
If you find the Rockstar Cookie to be too squishy, consider using at least some Solid Almond toppings.

To get the Rockstar Cookie in Cookie Run Kingdom, players can find it in the Chance Up Gatcha for this season together with Stardust Cookie and Parfait Cookie.
