Coral Island: Best Summer Crops

Summer is the second season in Coral Island right after spring. Players have a better understanding of how the game works and the start of summer is a great time to take advantage of that knowledge and make some solid money.

Specifically, many seeds in summer take longer to grow but can be harvested repetitively every few days. This makes planting seeds during the first day of summer extremely important.

Also, while profit is important, sometimes you may want to prioritize other crops. For instance, while some crops don’t sell well, they are needed for completing the lake temple or for cooking and gifting villagers.

Best Summer Crops in Coral Island

To find out the most profitable crops during summer in Coral Island, I will measure every crop based on its profit per day.

This takes into consideration the difference between the buying price of the seed and the selling of the crop, the number of days it takes to grow, and the number of crops that can be gained.

To make this accurate, it’s important to plant crops on the first day of each season. This way, they will be able to regrow as many times as possible to maximize their profit.

From all previously mentioned crops, here are the three most profitable and their profit per day.

1. Pineapple – 8.89 (Rank D)

Pineapples cost 110 coins per seed and take 9 days to grow.

With a selling price of 190 per default quality pineapple, it is considered the most profitable summer crop in Coral Island. The only setback is that it requires reaching Rank D in town rankings.

2. Radish – 8.0 (Rank E)

Radish costs 60 coins per seed and takes 6 days to grow.

Each default quality radish sells for 108 coins, which allows for great profit. Plant these at large qualities and you’ll be rich in no time.

Lilies also offer an 8.0 profit per day but they require rank D. And if players have reached rank D, pineapple is by far a better alternative.

3. Hot Pepper – 7.59

Hot Peppers cost 40 per seed, take 7 days to grow, and can be harvested every 3 days after that.

While each default quality hot pepper sells only for 35 coins, they can be harvested 7 times in total during summer if planted early.

In addition, hot peppers also last during the fall season, so the profits continue on the next season with no extra investment needed.

Conclusion

In conclusion, these are the best summer crops in Coral Island. Based on profit per day and depending on your town rank, go for pineapples, radishes, or hot peppers.
