Medicine Pals range from level one to level three, with three being the fastest available. They are essential for crafting medicine, which is used to heal injuries, fractures, and more negative statuses from Pals working in your base.

Level 1 Medicine

Level 1 Medicine Pals are fairly slow but will get the job done. Thankfully, they can be found in early-game areas.

Now that we’ve listed all Pals, these are the best options depending on the stage of the game you’re in:

Early-game: Lifmunk – It’s easy to find, available near the starting area, and is a great addition to your base early on since it will do various tasks
Mid-game: Elizabee – Can be found in the middle of the map, and you can get it after level 20. Other than medicine production, Elizabee is great for getting Honey (needed for making Cake and breeding Pals)
Late-game: Lyleen or Vaelet – They are easier to acquire than other Pals with medicine three and can do other tasks. Since you won’t have them producing Medicine all the time, it’s important that they have something else to do.

And that’s all. Keep in mind that crafting Medicine is not necessary. Pals will recover from any injury on their own, but it will take some time. Medicine only helps to speed up the process.
