Thank Goodness You’re Here! – 100% Achievements Guide

Most of the achievements in Thank Goodness You’re Here! will be received from playing and completing the game. However, there are quite a few achievements that require you to do specific things.

We’ll cover them all in today’s article where I will share everything you need to know about getting 100% of achievements in Thank Goodness You’re Here! Let’s begin!

IMPORTANT: There are spoilers ahead.

Story achievements (11)

You will get these from playing the game. The easiest to obtain, as long as you complete the adventure:

1. Visit Barnsworth – Leave the reception.

2. In for a Penny – Free Charlie’s hand.

3. Enough for Everyone – Bake a big pie.

4. The Beans are on the Windowsill! – Satiate Brigadier Bin Tin.

5. Cream of the Crop – Grow a lovely tomato.

6. Open for Business – Fix the Fryer.

7. The People’s Princess – Smash a commemorative plate.

8. Milk Shy No More – Have a nice cup of tea.

9. Still At Large – Capture a notorious criminal.

10. Breakfast in Bed – Go soup shopping.

11. Thank Goodness it’s Over! – Finish the game.

Additional achievements

There are 21 achievements that you will get for completing various tasks. I try to list them in chronological order, but some are spread over the entire game, so I recommend going through the entire list to prepare for getting them all.

12. Lovely Pair – Mow the grass

How to get: The first time you visit Town Square, jump over the fence near the guy wearing the overalls and mow the grass using the landmower.

13. Sick as a Fig – Put Ronnie in a recovery position

How to get: After opening Megg’s store, interact with Ronnie the locksmith until he pukes.

14. Mole Supper – An invitation rescinded

How to get: In the park, interact with the dirt mounds until the mole appears and invites you to dinner. Eventually, you will go down a well later on and meet the mole again – that’s when you get this achievement.

15. Everything Must Go – Help Nick open a new shop

How to get: Hit the cracked wall in the lower left side of the Town Square, where we have the guy who wants to open a store (Nick’s Brick’s).

16. Bobby Knocker – Hit every closed door

How to get: Hit all the doors you see, from the beginning of the game to the end.

17. Think F.A.S.T – Learn about Larry’s favorite drinks

How to get: Keep visiting the pub whenever you get the chance. After fixing the Chippo, the bartender will tell you what are his favorite drinks.

18. The Ol’ One Two – Watch Bobby’s party trick

How to get: Constantly hit the Bobby Box when you get the chance. Final hit, also after you fix the Chippo – that’s when you will get the achievement.

19. A Fine Mess – Help Keri stack the shelves

How to get: The first time you visit the Price Shaggers, get on the shelves and destroy everything.

20. Done Up Like a Kipper – Satisfy a fishmonger

How to get: Each time you visit the fishmonger, organize the fish there. On your third visit, keep smacking the fish in front of the guy until he’s happy.

21. Cheek to Cheek – Harrass a service worker

How to get: Each time you visit the South market, hit the butt of the guy working at the food truck.

22. Lights Out – Bully Charlie

How to get: When Charlie is stuck in the fence, on your second visit to the garden, hit him.

23. Final Form – Find all of Sam’s meat bits

How to get: When in the meat dimension, you must collect all meat bits there.

24. Tough Tatties – Help Marge chop her Chippies

How to get: When you’re in the Fish n Chips store, wait for the potatoes to stop talking before chopping them.

25. Menage a Trois – Visit Polly and Paul in their home

How to get: When working with the gardener to open the bag of fertilizer, instead of jumping on it, jump left and then go left into the house.

26. Shell Shocked – Rid Sue of her snail problem

How to get: Slap all the snails in the garden before going down the well.

27. Spill The Beans – Kick a man when he’s down

How to get: This will only be available if you completed the prior achievement, Everything Must Go. If you did, when you return to the store, you will see the man and a can of beans. Kick the can in the store to get the achievement.

28. Green Fingers – Go against Graham’s advice

How to get: After talking to the guy who tells you not to smack the smiley flowers, make sure to actually hit them all when they start appearing.

29. No Post on Thuesdays – Damage every postbox

How to get: There are six post boxes – make sure to hit them all.

30. The Rat Pack – Find all the singing mice

How to get: You need to find the three singing mice in three different locations, all near trash cans: Town Square, Market and the Fish n Chips store.

31. Friend of the Forest – Find all the woodland creatures

How to get: Throughout the game, you need to talk with all the animals: a mink in Mother Megg’s storage room, the singing rats, the mole in a previous achievement, the worm in the well (get on the pipe at the bottom of the well and wait for it to appear – if you destroy the wall too soon, you will miss it!), the owl in the tree near the farm, the ducks in the water.

Here is where to find the worm, probably the most difficult of them all:

32. Patience is a Virtue

How to get: When in the town hall, at the beginning of the game (you will have to start a new game for this one), don’t leave the chair for 15 minutes.
