Songs of Conquest: Achievements Guide [How to Unlock them All]

Even though most achievements in SoC are pretty straightforward, I am here to list them all in an easy to scan version, also telling you all you need on how to unlock them all.

Double Kill – Win two battles on the same turn with the same wielder

Multi Kill – Win three battles on the same turn with the same wielder

Ultra Kill – Win four battles on the same turn with the same wielder

Killing Spree – Win six battles in a row on the same turn. (How to get: All of these 4 achievements can be easily obtained by either creating a custom map or taking advantage of areas with many neutrals and roads).

Adept – Reach level 8 with a wielder

Veteran – Reach level 16 with a wielder

Critical Hit – Deal 500 damage or more in one attack

Dressed for Success – Have a wielder equipped with artifacts in all slots. (How to get: Make sure to equip the 3 misc slots too, under your main hero’s artifacts).

Humiliation – Win a battle before the enemy gets a turn

Veni, Vidi, Vici – Win a siege battle as attacker

Sorcerous Spree – Cast five spells on the same troop turn

Don’t Touch My Stuff – Reclaim your town that is being occupied/razed/converted by the enemy. (How to get: Manual battle. You have to do this during the process, not if it’s completed).

Master – Reach level 24 with a wielder

The Song of Stoutheart – Complete all Arleon campaign maps (on any difficulty)

Whoops! – Have your troop die from a Quick retaliation (How to get: You might get this from playing, but you can rush if you fight against hyenas (Dreaths) from Barya, which will attack you first no matter what. Send a weak troop and you’re done!)

Landlord Extraordinaire – Max out a town in a non-campaign game (tier 5, walls, upgraded buildings on all build sites)

This Spot’s Taken – Block an enemy troop from burrowing up (How to get: Try to predict where the burrowers will spawn. It’s usually next to your ranged units, so place troops on all spots around them. Trial and error is required here).

Trojan Horse – Use a teleport spell to get on top of or behind the walls in a town siege

From the Ashes – Complete all Rana campaign maps (on any difficulty)

Expert Essence Employment – Win a battle without making an attack

Pyrrhic Victory – Win a battle with only a single unit left (How to get: Ideally, equip a single strong unit on your strongest hero and defeat a low-grade one, like Militia stack).

Infernal Influence – Make an enemy kill his friend using Blind Hatred

Together for Her – Complete all Loth campaign maps (on any difficulty)

Grand Master – Reach level 32 with a wielder

In the Thick of It – Have three or more Front Line Fighter buffs on a troop. (How to get: Use Baryan Brutes and send them head-first into battle. If they remain alive when surrounded by at least 3 enemy troops, you will get this achievement).

Deepstrike – Use Dimensional Door to position your troop in three or more Zones of Control

The Price of Freedom – Complete all Barya campaign maps (on any difficulty)

Venisti, Vidisti, Perdidisti – Win a siege battle as defender

Get Over Here! – Swap an enemy troop into an Acid Cloud

Unlimited Power! – Kill three enemies using Chain Lightning

Fully Charged – Have ten or more Charged buffs on a troop. (How to Get: Use Arleon Knights or Fists of Order. Cast quicken spells until their movement reaches 10. Alternatively, you can make this easier with the Prepared skill and upgrades from the Armory).

Cleave – Kill three enemies with one sweeping attack

Death to Diplomacy – Complete the last Arleon campaign map on Overwhelming difficulty

Hello There – Burrow up next to three or more ranged enemy troops (How to get: Use the Swap spell to bring enemies together when you’re about to burrow up).

Versatile Wielder – Cast each spell (over any number of games)

Such a Fungi – Use Repel to push an enemy troop into three Explosive Fungi

Attack Bonanza – Have a troop perform six attacks on its turn (How to get: Wait until you have enough essence to cast Onslaught five times on the same troop, then attack with it 6 times in a row).

The Marsh Expands – Complete the last Rana campaign map on Overwhelming difficulty

Oops! – Have the enemy kill one of your own troops when you cast Blind Hatred

Coming Through! – Trigger three Attacks of Opportunity in a single Bull Rush (How to get: Difficult one. Can get it using plenty of Protectors (toads from Rana) and sending them all into enemy ranks).

An Empress’s Hope – Complete the last Loth campaign map on Overwhelming difficulty

A Life’s Worth – Complete the last Barya campaign map on Overwhelming difficulty

Barbecue – Kill three enemies with one flame attack (How to get: Use your dragons for that. It will only work if three enemy units are in a triangle shape and you destroy them all).

Death from Above – Kill three enemies using Breath of the Phoenix (How to get: Use Swap and Repel to have three enemies lined up in a straight line and destroy them with the spell).

Here be Dragons – Win 25 times on non-campaign maps with Rana

I Like It a Loth – Win 25 times on non-campaign maps with Loth

Contractually Obligated to Win – Win 25 times on non-campaign maps with Barya

Kneel, Peasant! – Win 25 times on non-campaign maps with Arleon

Bringer of Ruin – Cast five Apocalypse spells on the same troop turn

Full House – Win a battle using each of the official wielders. (This is easily done in skirmishes – or create your own custom maps to make it easier).

Proof That Luck Can Be Consistent – Win 25 multiplayer (online or hotseat) games

Die by the Sword – Kill 100,000 enemies using melee attacks

Die by the Staff – Kill 100,000 enemies using magic damage

Die by the Bow – Kill 100,000 enemies using ranged attacks

How to easily get most achievements in Songs of Conquest

If you don’t mind a bit of cheating, you can create a custom map specifically for getting achievements. This takes a lot of fun from the game, but if you’re hunting for achievements, it’s an easy way to do it.
