Gallade is the evolution of Ralts and Kirlia, while Iron Valiant is the Paradox form of Gallade, exclusive to Pokemon Violet.
Both Pokemon are extremely strong in Generation 9, with Iron Valiant’s strength relying on the fact that it’s a Paradox Pokemon.
On the other hand, Gallade has received a new ability in Scarlet and Violet, which makes it even stronger compared to the previous games.
