If you’re having trouble completing everything related to Akizuki Misaki’s story in Peeping Dorm Manager, I’ve got you covered: today’s walkthrough will teach you how to reach gentleman level 3 fast and unlock/see everything about this main character.
Let’s go through all of Misaki’s main story interactions, including how to meet her, enter her room, spy on her, and finally end up donating her.
First Meeting
Your first meeting with Misaki Akizuki will be during your first in-game day, after searching for Mango. You’ll be able to find Misaki at the bottom of the stairwell of the building.
Once you interact with her, you’ll be able to search for her on the web.
How to Get the Key to Misaki’s Room
Next, start a web search to learn everything about Misaki, including her class routine, the park, and the drama club.
Also, talk to her on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday morning at the washing machine to learn her laundry routine.
To get the key to Akizuki Misaki’s room, buy Chewing Gum from the supermarket and visit the Drama Club on Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday night.
Now, go to her bag and select ‘Key Mould’ to get a copy of her key, which will allow you to access her room whenever you want.
Set up Cameras & Start Spying
Now that you can access her room, buy two cameras and place them in her room.
Watch the cameras at various times during the day until you’ve seen Misaki do all the following interactions:
- “Playing” on the toilet at night
- Arguing with her boyfriend on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday night.
- Watching TV in the lounge
Once you see her watching TV in the lounge, click on all the blue text and speak to her. Then, her boyfriend will come over, and they’ll argue again.

Misaki and Akira Break Up
Next, steal Misaki’s panties from the washing machine, enter her room on Saturday night, and place the panties inside the bags on the bed. Hide in the closet and spy on Misaki and Akira, who come home early.
Skip to the next period, buy a Cartoon Lamp from the store, speak to Misaki in the Lounge, and then to Akira who is smoking outside.
Talk to Misaki again and give her the lamp. Afterward, Misaki will lie on her bed and break up with Akira.
The next morning, accept the mission to fix Misaki’s sink, and you’ll finally get your reward. Keep interacting with her on various occasions to increase her lewdness, and once it reaches 100, accept another mission to fix her Sink. *wink-wink*
Keep interacting with Misaki, and you’ll reach Gentlemen level 3 once you exhaust her dialogue options after Akira’s last visit.
