My Hero Ultra Rumble: S-Tier Bakugo Katsuki
Bakugo encompasses what the best character can do in the game.
He is a Strike character role, which means he can do a lot of damage, but they gave him excellent aerial mobility.
His special action allows him to get to the location he needs fast and easy. He can also escape sticky situations with little to no trouble.
He is a really versatile character, and no matter the skill level of the player most will be able to use him without any issue.
He is also unlocked really early from the special track, around the time most players will have learned the basics and will be ready to try to do more in the game.
My Hero Ultra Rumble: S-Tier Momo Yaoyorozu
Momo brings both a strong offense, and a good defense all in one.
She can use the bat to attack those that come close, and the shield to defend herself. Her cannon when potioned correctly will even allow her to damage unsuspecting players while she remains safe.
She can also easily get loot chests, because other players will need to avoid the cannon shots to reach her, giving her the time to open them.
My Hero Ultra Rumble: S-Tier Cementos
Cementos despite his unassuming appearance, is the best support Hero so far in the game.
He is able to provide cover for your team to heal, create distance between your team, and opponents, and even create more places to stand to get a better vantage point.
He is the embodiment of what a support to a team should be, and players would be remiss to overlook him.
My Hero Ultra Rumble: S-Tier Mt. Lady
Mt. Lady can become a giant with her Special Skill.
The limitation of the skill is that after a set amount of attacks, she will revert back, but in that amount of time everyone will run away from you.
Her wide range of attacks when she transforms is so hard to avoid, and you can use that to your advantage to get the upper hand in tough fights.
She is a tough enemy to go against and a great asset to any team.
My Hero Ultra Rumble: S-Tier Himiko Toga
Himiko Toga can either be the best S-tier villain you will see or the worst possible teammate you will need to carry.
Why is she an S-Tier though, and with such high regard? Toga will be able to transform into other characters in the game completely copying their abilities.
This can be a game changer, especially for players more familiar with the game. The more characters you know how to use, the more you will be able to help out your team with that newfound power.
