Melvor Idle: How to Give Items to Town? [Answered]

If you want to focus on the Township part of the game in Melvor Idle: Throne of the Herald, you probably know that you can and should transfer items to your town from your main inventory.

And if you’re wondering how to do that, I’ve got the answer for you down below, as the game doesn’t explain how to do it.

How to Give Items to Town in Melvor Idle?

To give or transfer items to your town in Melvor Idle to complete a task, you need to have the required amount of items for the task existing in your inventory.

Once you have enough items to send to your Town, the “Claim Rewards” button will activate under the corresponding task, as you can see below:

Simply click that button and the items will be automatically transferred from your inventory into the town and usually they will be consumed / destroyed.

You can’t transfer just part of the required items. Instead, you need to hoard as many as are required to complete the said task in the Township menu.

This is why it’s a good idea to plan ahead which tasks you want to complete and focus on getting the required items for them. It’s similar to preparing for auto eating in Melvor Idle.

Also have in mind that apart from the tasks themselves, you can’t transfer food or any other type of items from your character’s inventory into the town.

So make sure that you are producing enough resources to keep the city alive: there’s no other way to make it easier. Well, there is: make sure to read my Melvor Idle tips and tricks to improve your overall game.
