How to Unlock Doors
To unlock doors in HumanitZ, access the skills menu and unlock the first skill on the World tree called Lock Picker.
You can access the skills menu from your inventory screen by switching tabs on the top.
With the Lock Picker skill unlocked, approach any locked door and hold the interact button (default hotkey: E). This will start the lockpicking minigame, which is much simpler than it looks.
All you need to do is use W and S to adjust the pick while also pressing left mouse button to rotate the lock.
How to Break Doors
If you’re not a fan of the lockpicking minigame, there’s an even simpler way to open doors: by breaking them. You can break doors open in HumanitZ by hitting them with a melee weapon.
Simply hit them as you’d hit a Zeke; no hotkey is required or anything. After hitting it 5-10 times, the door will break open.
