This quest will require you to visit Customs and have the Portable Bunkhouse Key to access a metal container cabin near the Skeleton building.

EFT Bad Rep Evidence Guide – Secure Folder 0031 Location
To complete the Bad Rep Evidence quest in Escape From Tarkov, head into Customs and make sure you have the Portable Bunkhouse Key with you.
Travel to the middle of the map, near the Skeleton building next to the bus stop, find the two metal cabins stacked on top of each other, and unlock the upper one. You’ll be able to find Secure Folder 0031 on the table inside.
However, this cabin is located in the middle of the map, which means the area will almost surely have scavs and other players.
It’s important to move cautiously and keep an eye out toward the Bus Stop, the Construction area, and the Stronghold. You’re next to some of the most contested areas in Customs.
Ideally, I recommend waiting at the start of the raid and heading there about 15 minutes before the raid timer ends. Alternatively, nighttime raids are a great option as enemies will have a hard time spotting you.
If you’re feeling confident and get a good spawn, you can run there instantly and try to extract from the Smuggler’s Boat.
Open the cabin, pick up the item, and extract with it. If you fail to extract, you’ll need to visit the cabin and pick up the item again.
How to Get the Portable Bunkhouse Key
To get the Portable Bunkhouse Key in EFT, use the Factory Emergency Exit Key in the Factory map to open the locked door on the top floor of the offices.
The key has a low chance to spawn on the ground below the jacket, on your right after entering the room.
While the spawn chance is fairly small, it’s the only location in the game where the key can spawn on the ground. Alternatively, players can also search Jackets, loot it from Scavs (scavs can spawn with random keys), or simply buy it from the Flea Market.
At the time of writing, the key costs 300,000 roubles at the Flea Market but its price will drop as the days pass. This is because it’s only needed for this quest and the cabin doesn’t have any worthwhile loot.
