There are over 30 unique classes in the game and each character can have an additional secondary class other than their main one. The best way to level class proficiency is via the Carnage Dimension, in the Martialgahara – Final Trial.
In this guide, I will showcase the best way to increase your class level quickly in Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless to help you max out classes on your preferred characters.

Class Proficiency Grinding Preparation
Before showcasing the method, it’s important to fulfill certain requirements first. Specifically, use a Human character with a Sword/Fist weapon that is at least level 50 or has the Sword Technique 4/Fist Technique 4 skill.
Alternatively, you can use Higan’s Trainer Squad skill for this method.
From the Special Skills shop, increase the power of Rising Heavens to SS+ and make sure you have enough SP to cast the skill. Use Equipment and items to increase your SP and if you still don’t have enough, reduce the level of the skill to SS.
As for Evilities, prioritize anything that increases your stats and damage.
Lastly, from the Cheat Shop, use all your CP in Class Proficiency.

The best class proficiency farm in Disgaea 7 involves visiting the Carnage Dimension and going to the Final Trial of the Martialgahara stage.
Move your character right next to the monsters and use the Rising Heaven skill. This will one-shot them.
If you don’t deal enough damage to kill all monsters in one-shot, use buffing characters such as Pirilika and Suisen, and place the character behind.
I recommend maxing the Valkyrie Class first, as you will gain access to its unique Evility ‘Assault Attack’, which will further increase your damage by 100%.
Then, simply keep repeating this stage and change your equipped class whenever you enter the area.
Most classes will be maxed after 1 fight (only classes that require 128 points for their first level will require 2 fights), so you will have all classes maxed within minutes on your chosen character.
