Best Ways to Spend Vitality in Tower of Fantasy

Gathering and saving up vitality in Tower of Fantasy will give you a great boost if you spend it right. In this article, we’ll focus on the latter as I will share the best ways you can spend vitality in ToF based on where you are in the game right now.

There are several main activities that require energy. Each gives you different things, and you need to make sure you choose the right one so you get the biggest bang for your vitality.

So let’s check out all the methods below and then decide which one is best for your current daily routine.

Vitality Basics You Need to Know

Before jumping into the specific activities, you need to understand how the energy system works.

The current Vitality cap in the game is 360. You generate 1 Vitality every 8 minutes. That means it takes exactly 48 hours to go from completely empty to full.

Therefore, you should try to log in before that 48-hour mark (ideally at least once per day). But if you take longer, any vitality generated over 360 is simply lost.

Now let’s see the best ways to spend it below!

1. Interstellar exploration [Best way to spend Vitality]

The purple gates (Stargates) on your map are entrances to the Interstellar Exploration missions. The rewards from this are your best option when you are still trying to level up your newly pulled weapons..

You get Booster frames to level up your weapons, Weapon batteries, Energy crystal dust, and EXP for only 30 vitality.

These can be done Solo or as a team. They range from levels 1-3 stars. Rewards increase with each star level. The gates tell you what star level they are and what potential rewards you can get.

There are 6 gates in your world in total. I always check all six to see if I have any rare 3-star gates before spending my energy anywhere else.

2. Dimensional Trials

This is one of the primary ways I spend my vitality when I need weapon augment materials and matrix data packs fast.

The game added a Sweep function for Dimensional Trials, making it the fastest way to dump vitality if you are short on time.

Basically, you just press a button, spend the energy, and get your materials instantly. It feels incredibly rewarding to clear your daily tasks in seconds.

3. Joint Operation

When you first start playing, the rarity of the gear you get and the low drop percentage of good items make Joint Operation seem like a bad investment. But that changes entirely once you hit the endgame.

At higher levels, Joint Operations are the absolute best and most important way to farm Gold gear and SSR Matrices.

I spend the vast majority of my vitality here now that my main weapons are fully leveled and you should do the same.

You really want to save your energy for these higher-level runs to maximize your chances of getting those top-tier drops.

4. Spacetime Domain

Not recommended. You don’t get any items, XP, you only get Money and a bit of energy crystals and that’s it.

Spacetime Domain is not valuable for what to spend your vitality on unless you REALLY need that lump sum of coins.

And even then, there are much better ways for getting those gold coins without sacrificing your precious energy. I only run this if I am completely broke and desperately need a few coins for an immediate gear upgrade.
