Are you interested in romancing Sorn and Nym Orlith, two elf twins who reside in the Underdark in Baldur’s Gate 3? I have the guide for you below – and let me tell you that it’s not too difficult!
So, if you want an unforgettable night with the twins, all you need to do is visit the brothel and pay for their services, either alone or with a previously romanced character.
This means that you can’t romance them both, if you travel alone, even if you have the money.
Unfortunately, it isn’t exactly the romantic experience you’d expect… but at least it’s faster than romancing Shadowheart, for example. Also, keep in mind that doing so can have a disapproval effect!
But let’s go in depth! I will explain how to romance the Drow Twins in BG3 to help you have a threesome or even foursome in a creative, role-playing scene.
In Act 3, in the Shress’ Caress Brothel in Wyrm’s Crossing, players will meet the Drow twins, Sorn and Nym Orlith.
To romance the Drow twins in BG3, hire either of them for 500 gold at the brothel or show up with a previously romanced partner to hire both of them for 1,000 gold.
In the first case, you can choose which of the two you prefer to spend the night with you. In the second case, both twins will join you and your partner (if your partner agrees too).
Thus, there’s no exact romance as their services are for sale. There are no dialogue options that you must choose. As long as you have the money, one or both of them will spend the night with you.
Additionally, if you helped Amira previously, the Drow twins will charge only 500 gold for both their services (instead of 1,000).

While the scene will take place in a room in the Underdark, the lights will be off and you won’t be able to see anything.
The brothel is located just north of the Open Hand Temple in Wyrm’s Crossing – in case you never got there yet or forgot its location.
