After talking to the high priestess, travel to Ravenwood Hollow and talk to Aryel. Then, he’ll transform you into a cat and you will have to go to the conference center and find the notebook you’re looking for.
Lastly, report back to the high priestess, and that’s all.
How to Shapeshift to a Cat
While the quest allows you to transform into a cat, it’s a one-time transformation. To repeat the process, players have to use the newly unlocked incantation.
Specifically, players will unlock the Animal Shapeshifting Spell. This magic spell requires the following ingredients:
- 1 Paper
- 1 Ink
- 1 Conch Shell
- 1 Cat Fur
After gathering all ingredients, the incantation will allow you to shapeshift into a cat.
To transform into a cat, you will need to interact with the cat and select the magic wand option after crafting the incantation.
Also, keep in mind that shapeshifting doesn’t last forever. When the morning comes, players will get transformed back to Tara, their normal form.

Catching crickets is fairly simple since all you have to do is go near them and press the interact button. The hard part is actually finding them.
Crickets are usually roaming around the forest.
While you can only turn into a cat at night, thankfully you can stay awake for longer. Specifically, you can roam around until 4:30 am, which is when you’ll pass out as a cat.
This means you have some extra time to explore the forest and catch crickets.
In addition, cats can also catch fish while skipping the fishing rod and bait part. Just interact with any fishing spot and you’ll get a fish.
