Now let’s talk about the slightly trickier alternative – triggering a Phantasia.
A Phantasia is a phenomenon that occurs when the player executes a perfect dodge by dashing away from an incoming enemy attack right before it fully commences.
When this happens, the player will trigger a dark spherical field that slows all the surrounding enemies to a near full stop. It might be so funny that you could end up checking your ping in the game, worrying that your game client might be laggy (it probably is not).
But the best thing about Phantasia is that it also instantly charges up your weapons. It creates an ideal opportunity to plan out elaborate and devastating counterattacks.
Phantasias can be your most reliable way to charge up weapons if you are skilled enough to time dodge consistently. Sure, it’s a little tricky to pull off but definitely worth a shot.
