Natasha is the only healer alongside Bailu in Honkai Star Rail. With Bailu being a 5-star and extremely hard to acquire, Natasha is the best free-to-play healer.
Players can get Natasha after interacting with her in the Jarilo-VI story, while they can also get her Eidolons by wishing on the Event and Standard Warp.
In this guide, I will explain how to get Natasha in Honkai Star Rail and showcase how her Eidolons work.

How to Get Natasha in Honkai Star Rail
To get Natasha in Honkai Star Rail, players will need to progress the main story in Jarilo VI. After meeting Natasha, they’ll need to complete the quest “Lying in Rust” where they hand over three medical supplies to Natasha.
If you already have Natasha at that point, you’ll end up unlocking one of her Eidolons which are also useful.
Alternatively, players can unlock Natasha and her Eidolons by spending Warps on the Standard and Event Banners. Currently, players have an increased chance to get her in the Event Warp, alongside Hook and Pela.
All Natasha Eidolons
Similar to all characters, Natasha has six Eidolons upgrades available. Here are all of them:
- Pharmacology Expertise – After being attacked, if she reaches below 30% HP, Natasha heals herself for 15% of her max HP plus 400. This can only be triggered once per battle.
- Clinical Research – When using her Ultimate, Natasha grants continuous healing for one turn to all allies with 30% or less HP.
- The Right Cure – Increases Natasha’s Skill by two levels, up to level 15, and her Basic Attack by one level, up to level 10.
- Miracle Cure – Regenerate five extra Energy after being attacked.
- Preventive Treatment – Increases Natasha’s Ultimate and Talent by two levels, up to level 15.
- Doctor’s Grace – Natasha’s Basic Attacks deal damage based on 40% of her Max HP.
Overall, her firsts two Eidolons are the most important as they significantly buff her healing capabilities.
Due to that, I highly recommend using some Warps on the Event Banner if you’re planning to use Natasha and want Seele, who is considered the strongest DPS character at the moment.
Wrapping up
To sum up, players can get Natasha in Honkai Star Rail by progressing the main story on Jarilo-VI or by spending Warps on the standard and event Warp.
Overall, Natasha is a great healer if you don’t have Bailu and she’s worth leveling up.
