Not all Palworld Pals are created equal when it comes to their usefulness to base building. But today I will help you out a bit by sharing the best Pals for base building in the game.

After setting up your base in a perfect location, the fun begins – you have to build it up, and the Pals will help. Try to get the ones below as soon as possible, in order to have an easier life in the game.

The Absolute best Pals for base building

While the list below might change as we discover more Pals in Palworld, it’s a great start. Here are our top 5 favorites, so far:

Verdash – great stats in Planting, Handywork, Gathering, Transport and Lumbering. It does need 3 food, but worth it.

Penking – watering stat is extremely important, and this one is good at it. Also good for Handiwork, Cooling, Mining and Transport.

Orserk – Master electrician, but also decent stats at Transport and Handiwork.

Bushi – helping around the base with Kindling, Lumbering and Trasnport, but also capable at Gathering and Handiwork.

Lifmunk – while not above 1, it can do Planting, Handiwork, Gathering and Lumbering, but also Medicine. Just 1 food needed, so very useful overall.

Expert tip: When choosing the best Pals for your base, go for those with fewer skills covered, but high values.

While “handyman” type of Pals seem and can be good, you might run into trouble and see them not doing the task you want them to do.

Other great Pals for base building

Apart from the 5 recommended above, you have various other options – depending on what you have available.

Here are some other Pals that are great when it comes to helping out around your base:

  • Beegarde (can handle Farming, low food consumption)
